Paolo Caponi

Paolo Caponi was born in S. Maria a Monte (Pisa) in 1957. He completed his studies in Florence, graduated from the Artistic High School and then from the Faculty of Architecture. The painter began his artistic career in 1975 by taking part in painting competitions, obtaining significant prizes and organizing several personal exhibitions in Tuscany cities. He is currently working with important galleries that acquaint himself with his works in the most qualified art places in Italy and abroad, in countries such as Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Turkey, Japan, Kuwait, where they are particularly appreciated. Caponi lives and works immersed in the green of the Pisan hills, inspired constantly by the Tuscan landscape and the ancient lands where he lived, but by searching for the discovery of many landscapes throughout Italy.
